I don't know how this place stays in business. The advertising is very misleading. They promote "Buy one margarita, get one half off," but what they don't tell you is that you have to buy one full-price drink, finish it, and then order a second one to get the discount. No sharing is allowed, and if you order a third margarita, it's back to full price. It feels more like a gimmick than a promotion. The food was exactly what you'd expect from a tourist chain,$5 for a soda. $20 for a burger! was generic and forgettable. The décor feels outdated and a bit cringeworthy, like stepping into a Hooters from the 1990s. The customer service was okay, and the staff wasn't the issue. The concept, atmosphere, and misleading promotions are what made the experience disappointing. There are plenty of better places to eat and drink in Atlantic City. I wouldn't recommend Margaritaville, and I won't be returning.

Waited an hour for food to come out. Half the tables were empty! Not like it was crowded. When order came out, coconut shrimp was cold. Was returned back to table in 3 minutes darker clearly it was redropped in the oil. Another meal which was a greek salad with added chicken had 2 uncooked elbow macaroni in the salad. When I spoke to the manager, his explanation was that the salad is next to the pantry where they make the macaroni and cheese! What?!!! Unacceptable Never again Would not recommend

Thanks Ashley! This restaurant has some finger lickin juicy wings, Cajun pasta, quesadilla and the Chipotle steak bowl. Restaurant is clean food is fresh and warm and prices are reasonable calm peaceful setting.

I want to be very clear: the 3-star rating is strictly for the management's failure to staff this location properly. The food was actually good. We enjoyed the ribs, pasta, and chicken tenders. However, the highlight of our visit was Ashley. She was doing the work of three people: acting as the manager, seating guests, cleaning tables, and serving, all while maintaining a professional attitude. She did an incredible job despite being put in an impossible situation by the company. It is unfair to employees like Ashley to be left so short-staffed. She is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review for the long wait times. Management needs to hire more people to support their excellent staff.

The food was good and the service was great, the only reason for 4 stars is because the drinks we had were kinda watered down for a Premium Margarita.. my steak was overcooked but the waiter fixed it with no problem.. I love the jerk wings!!
